Rezult House
material it builds the future

Website design for the manufacturer of CLT-panels — zero-waste building material.
The Ukrainian company Rezult.house builds from high-strength natural material, and we have built a comprehensive solution for the site: idea, communication strategy, and design.
That is, we did it and show that there is an alternative to concrete and steel. These are CLT panels — it’s high-strength, made in Ukraine, and have a face.

The client asked us to create a website. The aim was to promote the demand for zero waste construction and raise awareness of alternative technologies for high-rise buildings.
But the main task was to show: “Rezult.house is different”. Therefore, we approached the implementation more comprehensively and delved into the very essence of the attitude and material.
Research on the global market and local consumer psychology have confirmed our hypothesis that CLT panels and Rezult.house are not an image of an archetypal family.
These are modern values, a symbiosis of nature and human — conscious consumption, and the preservation of natural heritage for posterity.
This is our future.
So we took the vector “CLT panels — the material that builds the future.”

strategy
formulation
There are several ways to broadcast innovative solutions:
- to reassure people that we are cool and progressive.
- to show how things really work and to convey coolness.
We chose the second option.
The basis of the approach was the safety and versatility of the material. Studies have shown that local consumers pay attention to heat resistance, duration of installation, and response to seismic activity.
But after a day at the factory and in-depth interviews, it became clear that the site should not just convey information. It should immerse you in the philosophy of alternative construction and the culture of living in modern wooden houses. In short, one of our insights: “A wooden house is a living house”. And in this, we were helped by the brand hero.

creating a
brand hero
“The hero of our time” was Forrest — a modern resident of the metropolis. Takes care of the environment, and is conscious and responsible. He uses modern technologies wisely and dreams of minimizing the impact on the environment.
He is the embodiment of the company’s values and a leader in the harmonious combination of innovation and nature. It’s not about the “ego”, but the “eco” of human.
Forrest set the tone for the entire design concept of the site.

website
design
Addressing the essence of communication also dictated the visual direction.
Minimalism and emphasis on the main things are the basis of the multimedia site Rezult.house.
Clear lines resemble blueprints, and folded wooden beams and are combined with the polygonality of our hero. Interactive units introduce the production process, and 3D visualization of the production of CLT panels and houses shows the user what the future will consist of.
Adaptable to different devices, the site is intuitive for the user and closes the first questions, as well as helps to realize — he has the same goals and values with Rezult.house.
