Molochnyi Dar
packaging redesign for a dairy product portfolio
Molochnyi Dar is a Ukrainian dairy brand offering a broad portfolio of everyday dairy products, including milk, kefir, sour cream, cream, yogurt, and other dairy categories.
The brand enjoys strong consumer recognition and continues to expand its product portfolio, adapting to evolving market demands and new packaging formats.
Molochnyi Dar first partnered with GRA Agency in 2019. Over the following seven years, the original packaging system gradually lost its consistency as the product portfolio expanded and numerous adaptations were introduced for new SKUs.
The objective was to redesign the packaging and develop a contemporary, recognizable, and scalable design system that would:
• unify the entire product portfolio under a single visual identity;
• preserve strong shelf recognition;
• easily accommodate new SKUs and product categories;
• simplify product navigation across the range;
• reinforce a modern and relevant brand image.
Beyond refreshing the visual appearance of the packaging, the new identity was intended to create a more consistent and cohesive brand experience for consumers.

concept
The redesigned system is built around a single visual principle that unifies the entire product portfolio.
A distinctive graphic pattern became the core design element. It adapts across different SKUs and product categories while maintaining brand consistency.
The pattern serves as the foundation of the packaging system, varying in color, rhythm, and composition depending on the product, making it easy for consumers to distinguish between product lines.
This approach resulted in a flexible design system that combines strong brand recognition with effortless scalability.
